Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Because our shop offers made‑to‑order apparel and handcrafted items, return eligibility varies by product type. Please read the applicable section carefully before purchasing.


Print‑On‑Demand Apparel (Made to Order)

Print‑on‑demand apparel is created specifically for each order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We will gladly replace or refund POD apparel if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong item or design)

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Please include clear photos showing the issue

If confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color or fit dissatisfaction
  • Change of mind
  • Normal print variations due to screen differences

Handmade & Laser‑Crafted Products

Our handmade and laser‑crafted items are made or finished by us and may be eligible for return unless otherwise noted.

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable

Refunds

Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Non‑Returnable Handmade Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom‑engraved items
  • Custom size, name, or text orders
  • Items marked Final Sale

Damaged or Incorrect Handmade Items

If your handcrafted item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
